Mega Drum is an ad-supported app with optional in-app purchases. Oliveira Labs does not ask you to create an account or directly collect information such as your name, address, or phone number through the app.
Third-party services used by the app may automatically collect limited technical information, including device identifiers, IP address, operating system version, app activity, advertising data, purchase events, crash information, and diagnostic data. This information may be used to provide ads, measure app performance, process purchases, prevent fraud, and improve the app.

Mega Drum may display ads supplied by third-party advertising partners. On supported devices, the app follows the operating system's permission and privacy controls. You can review or change advertising and tracking permissions in your device settings.
Data retention and security
Downloaded drum kits, loops, and app preferences may be stored locally on your device. Third-party providers retain information according to their own policies. Oliveira Labs uses reasonable measures to protect information, but no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Children's privacy
Mega Drum is not directed to children under 13, and Oliveira Labs does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
